Visit of Nursery Class Students to Horticulture Park
“Just living is not enough one must have sunshine, freedom and a little flower.”- Hans Christian Andersen. The aforesaid quote aptly befits when it comes to acquainting children with nature at Seth Anandram Jaipuria School, Sitarganj. The twittering and chirping of birds greeted children as they entered the state’s horticulture park and nursery. The children had great fun as they enjoyed their field trip. Students were told about different varieties of trees like mango, guava, litchi, papaya, jackfruit etc. They even stuffed their pockets with ‘amia’ (small mango fruits) as they tried hiding their expressions with smiles.
